Bowling Green State University has long been at the forefront of education in the field of Organization Development and we continue to develop strong OD professionals through our Executive Master of Organization Development (EMOD) program. The EMOD program assists students in developing the organization development and change leadership skills necessary for success in today's ever-changing landscape.
The EMOD program starts each January and you can graduate in just eighteen months. Students take two courses each term. The program design is a convenient blended format which combines online and face-to-face course delivery. This reduces the number of times you need to come to campus to only three weekends each term. This format also makes the program convenient enough for students from around the country to participate and makes for a healthy, diverse cohort of experienced professionals.
Deciding to go to graduate school is a big decision. If you have an interest in learning how to transform organizations, we invite you to explore these pages further or contact us to see how the BGSU Executive Master of Organization Development fits in with your educational goals as well as your lifestyle and career aspirations.
